You will enjoy, in all simplicity, this small gîte on a 7 hectare property in the Périgord Pourpre. On the ground floor, this independent house is composed of an equipped kitchen with combined freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a living room (clack sofa)/dining room with television with French channels and British, wifi and a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. On the mezzanine, you will have 2 90x190 beds that can be converted into 1 180x190 bed.
When you return from your visits, you will enjoy relaxing on the terrace in the heart of a 1000 m2 garden.

Swimming pool not heated by chlorine to share with the owners, secured by an alarm, dimensions 14mx7m, depth 1.5m, open from June 1 to September 30. The swimming pool has independent access from the gîte. On the Route des Vignobles et Bastides, come and discover the gastronomy of Périgord in Eymet, starting with the Thursday morning market which has taken place since the founding of the bastide. This cottage is located 15 km from Eymet (arcaded houses, fountain and 13th century castle) and 24 km from the old town of Bergerac which has preserved evidence of the past (half-timbered houses) on the banks of the river. Dordogne. Bridoire and Monbazillac castles nearby. Bergerac Airport is only 15 minutes away by car.
