Large living room very bright with a quality and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and lounge area. 2 bedrooms = Green Room with 2 beds 90 with a view of the vineyards, Ochre Room with a bed 140x190. Shower room with a beautiful volume, a double sink and a large shower with modern decoration. Separate toilets. Reversible heat pump heating (air conditioning). Auxerre 15 minutes away, Chablis 20 minutes away and Vezelay 45 minutes away and its basilica. Romaric and Laure, winemakers, will be able to show you their vineyard.
