Description of the accommodation

300 m from the heart of the town of St Brévin les Pins (shops/restaurants) and 500 m from the pedestrian path along the ocean, you can enjoy this traditional family house, semi-detached, with its enclosed outdoor space and covered terrace. Free public parking 50 m away. Particular attention has been paid to its renovation in order to privilege its authenticity and offer you the comfort of new and modern.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room, shower room/wc and linen area. Accessible by 4 steps: living room and 1 bedroom (140x190 bed) with traditional parquet flooring.
Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (2 twin 90x190 beds).
Additional equipment: wifi and baby bed.
Included: sheets, gas heating and electricity.
Not included: towels (€8/person), end-of-stay cleaning fee and tourist tax.

" Das Haus liegt super, denn Stadtmittte, Restaurants SuperU und auch Strand sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Parkplätze vor der Tür, Kleine sonnige Terrasse hinter dem Haus, ruhige Nachbarn. Aufmerksame conciergerie die uns mit einer Fl.Wein und Infomaterial begrüßte und auch telefonisch erreichbar war. Es fehlten Handtücher, ein Anruf und sie wurden nachgeliefert. Mit dem TV sind wir nicht klargekommen, es gab nur private Kanäle wie Netflix oder YouTube, aber wir brauchten auch keins. Facit sehr empfehlenwert"
