WELCOME TO PALIXANEL! This charming detached villa is located in a quiet, wooded area of Saint-Brevin-l'Océan.

Very well equipped and furnished, it has all the comforts you need for a pleasant holiday (washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar, dishwasher, 2-burner hob / 2 vitroceramic hobs, storage space). On the ground floor (raised by 2 steps), there is a kitchen opening onto the living room with access to a small terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 90 cm bed and a shower room. There is also an attic bedroom upstairs with 2 90 cm beds.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.

You can park your car in the enclosed garden. Pets are not allowed.
The house is 1.5 km from the centre of l'Océan and its shops.
A SUPPLEMENT OF €50 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES ON SUNDAYS, TO BE PAID ON SITE.

Optional service to be paid for on site: household linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels), WIFI box (€45.00), childcare.

La maison est particulièrement bien située, plage à 400m, dépôt de pain juste à côtés, au calme, à 10mn du centre en vélo.
