4 km from Chinon, in an 18th century farmhouse in a 12th and 17th century priory (owners' residence), in the heart of the Chinon forest. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: 1st bedroom (160 cm bed), 2nd bedroom (160 cm bed), 3rd bedroom (2 single beds), shower/toilet. Baby chair and bed. Electric heating (extra charge). Private, independent and shaded enclosed garden of 500 m² and south-facing terrace (quality garden furniture, deckchairs). Tumble dryer and 130 m² games room (table tennis, table football) shared with 2nd gîte in another outbuilding. Children's swing. The layout of the premises preserves everyone's privacy. Included: sheets/beds made, towels and table linen, tea towels. wood provided. In the heart of Touraine and the Châteaux of the Loire, not far from the famous vineyards of Chinon and Bourgueil, the Grammont gîte offers high-end services for a calm and relaxing holiday, just like the surrounding countryside.
