All on the ground floor: living room-kitchen (wood stove), 1st bedroom (160 cm bed), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), shower room/wc. Cot + high chair. No Internet connection is possible anywhere on the property. Electric heating (extra charge). Private enclosed grounds 200 m², shaded lawn. Terraces onto which all the rooms of the gîte open directly. Dryer + games room 130 m² (p-pong, table football) shared with 2nd gîte in another outbuilding. Children's swing. Included: sheets/beds made, towels and table linen, tea towels. Wood provided. The layout of the premises preserves everyone's privacy.
