In the heart of Auvergne, on the border between Haute-Loire and Puy-de-Dome, the village of St Beauzire is ideally located. At the place called La Vialette, in a green setting is the gîte "des Hirondelles", an old farm building restored and carefully furnished.

Here, everything is entirely designed for your comfort: outside, a large terrace is available as well as a large enclosed lawned courtyard where your children can play in peace, land enclosed by walls and a gate. Inside, the living rooms are beautiful and fully equipped, the decoration is very neat between modern colors and tastefully restored antique furniture.

In the immediate vicinity: The village of Blesle classified "Most beautiful village of France", the picturesque village of Léotoing, the small town of Brioude, its remarkable basilica and its many shops and entertainment. A little further: 45 minutes away, discover the cities of Clermont-Ferrand and Puy-en-Velay, a little over an hour away, discover Puy de Sancy, Mont d'Or, or the city of Aurillac and its famous Street Arts festival.... The entrance to the cottage is through a large living room equipped with a kitchen and a dining room, on the same floor a beautiful bedroom and a laundry room.

Halfway up the floor is the efficiently designed bathroom: single sink unit, shower and toilet.

On the first floor is the living room, beautifully lit by a huge bay window, it is also perfectly equipped: Sofas, flat screen TV, many board games are at your disposal. Finally, 2 complete bedrooms on this floor.
