TV, Wi-Fi, one bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility, with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), with an en-suite shower room, walk-in shower, and toilet. In the same bedroom, on a mezzanine level, there is another queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). On the first floor: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), with an en-suite shower room and toilet, and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an additional single bed (120 cm), with an en-suite shower room and toilet. Baby equipment is available: cot, high chair, baby bath, and changing mat. Reversible air conditioning. Outside, a large, fully enclosed terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. Heated swimming pool (4 x 8 m, 1.50 m deep) shared with the owners. Open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, mid-May to mid-October (weather permitting).

Just a few kilometers away is Beaune, the wine capital, internationally renowned for its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Also worth discovering along the Route des Grands Crus are other renowned wine villages such as Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet. Beaune's beach area offers 14,000 m² of beaches and four natural swimming pools.
