Restored individual Nivernais farmhouse offering an unobstructed view of the countryside. Terrace, enclosed flower garden with pétanque pitch and an unenclosed garden with slide. On the ground floor: entrance to dining room with TV and open kitchen (5-burner piano), 1 bedroom "Hulotte" with 1 140x190 bed with direct access to a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs (large shower with chair, accessible sink and raised toilet) a medical bed can be installed. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom "Hirondelle" with 3 90x190 beds 1 bedroom "Mésange" with 1 140x190 bed. These 2 bedrooms each have direct access to the bathroom (shower and toilet). A 3rd bedroom "Tourterelle" with 1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 90x190 (a baby bed can be installed) is accessible via the Mésange bedroom. Books are available in each room. If you have started a book during your stay, you can take it home and return it. Telephone available. The barn has been converted into a summer kitchen with 2 large tables allowing you to share friendly moments. Gîte Bébé Calin: baby equipment provided. Possibility of accommodating horses. The gîte is very well located near La Charité-sur-Loire (City of Books), the Loire à Vélo, the forest and the Chemin de Compostelle. At the Etang du Merle, you can fish and swim. You are 10 km from the Charitois vineyard and 30 km from the Pouilly vineyard. 30 minutes from Nevers (Palais Ducal, Chasse Sainte-Bernadette, Museums,...)
