Enjoy with family or friends this very large house offering a large living room with 140cm TV and a large kitchen-dining room, 2 rooms open by bay windows on the 40m² terrace. Choose your room from the 6 atmospheres offered. And for games, your choice: board games, table football, ping-pong table or even a beautiful fishing pond of 4150m² (carp ~6kg, pike and roach).
The cottage is located on the second site of a working farm where there is a building open to the meadows with heifers and pregnant cows. Your closest neighbors are the cattle in [hidden] the spring they join the fields well beyond the gîte.
From the cottage, you can go hiking and mountain biking.
From the terrace and the bedrooms you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the pond. Observe the wild ducks!
Saint Aubin du Désert is 13 km from Saint Léonard des Bois, and other activity spots in the Alpes Mancelles such as Saint Cénéri-le-Gerei, Sillé-le-Guillaume. Activities: tree climbing, hiking, horse riding, kayaking, swimming.
