Description of the accommodation

Gîte of 70 m² on the ground floor + upper floor opened in 2017 with private walled courtyard, private unheated 5x3 swimming pool, covered terrace. Living room, office, bathroom and toilet, 2 bedrooms (2 140x200 beds and 1 90x200 bed). For your comfort, sheets are provided and beds made upon your arrival. St-Appolinard is a commune bordering Ardèche, a region of vines and fruit trees. The gîte is in a beautiful stone house, on a site which includes the owner's farm and inn. In order to welcome you as best as possible and introduce you to the region, Christophe and Myriam offer you your meal on Saturday evening (for a week's rental / 5 people maximum, excluding drinks).
