Gîte of 70 m² on ground floor + first floor opened in 2017 with private courtyard enclosed by walls, private swimming pool 5x3 unheated, covered terrace. Living room, office, shower room and toilet, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140x200 and 1 bed 90x200). For your comfort, sheets are provided and the beds made on your arrival. St-Appolinard is a commune bordering the Ardèche, a region of vines and fruit trees. The gîte is in a beautiful stone house, on a site that includes the farm and the owner's inn. In order to welcome you as best as possible and introduce you to their region, Christophe and Myriam offer you your meal on Saturday evening (for a week's rental / 5 people max, excluding drinks).
