End of stay cleaning at an additional cost. 800 m² unfenced land. Only 1 pet allowed. As an option and in addition to the chalet, you can rent a cabin with 1 bed for €70 per week. In the heart of nature with breathtaking views of the Morvan. 20 km from the motorway, close to Vézelay (cultural visits - vineyards) and Avallon, ideally located to enjoy the charms of the Morvan: swimming and water activities in the lakes, fishing in the Cure (1st category), visits to the Châteaux de Bazoches, Chastellux, GR 13 on site and other hiking trails. To see wild and domestic fauna in the surrounding area. Leisure center (mountain biking, canoeing, rafting, caving) 10 km away.
