On the raised ground floor: living room with fireplace insert, lounge with 2 sofas and TV / free wifi, DVD player and CD radio, fitted and equipped kitchen, separate toilet; 5 steps from the living room lead to a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, baby area with wooden bed, chest of drawers and changing table, bathtub, high chair and stroller, bathroom adjoining the bedroom (shower). Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 110x200 bed and 2 bunk beds (90x190), and another bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet.

2 donkeys, Coquette and Lily, are your neighbors and love being petted by children. The cottage, located on the edge of the woods, will allow you to observe many birds and other animals. The fully unfenced garden will offer you a clear view of the Morvan hills. Possibility to rent the cabin with a 140x200 bed for an additional €70 per week.

The cottage is located 12km from Avallon, where you can visit the fortified ramparts via marked trails, its swimming pool with wellness area and water games for the youngest. Les Îles Labaume: play area located on the banks of the Cure (slides, zip line, mini golf, climbing wall, etc.). 15km from Vézelay, a village listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site; close to the Morvan lakes (swimming, water sports); near the Cure, a river classified in the 1st category for fishing; close to the castles of Chastellux and Bazoches, home of Vauban. Leisure center 12km away: canoeing, tree climbing, caving, ... the Morvan Park is the territory of outdoor activities par excellence, with its many hiking and mountain biking trails but also an abundant cultural offer.
