Gîte of 34 m² on the raised ground floor, living room with kitchenette, lounge area, 1 bedroom. Electric heating. You will appreciate the charm of the decoration and furniture of this gîte. Possibility of renting another rural gîte for 4 people nearby (n°3410). The Malème farm, a former wine-growing estate, has been run by the same family since the end of the 19th century. You will appreciate the swimming pool opened in 2018 (10x3.5) on an enclosed plot of 450 m² (surroundings currently being finished), reserved for the 2 gîtes and the owner, the pool house for a drink... all in a very Tuscan atmosphere.
