House surrounded by nature located in the heart of Puisaye-Forterre, on many hiking, cycling and horse riding trails comprising on the ground floor, a living-dining room, separate toilet and shower room, a bedroom with a double bed, a large kitchen, a veranda and a terrace with garden furniture, on the 1st floor 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 1 single, a shower room, a separate toilet and a small spare room with a desk and a sofa bed.

In the basement, you will find the washing machine, the dryer and a ping-pong table. Unfenced land.

3 people maximum for business trips,

Many possibilities for sports and nature activities, hiking, Boutissaint Animal Park, Equestrian farms and horse riding, Moulin de Vanneau, cyclo-trail rides, swimming and water activities at Lac du Bourdon, treetop adventure trails and the Bois de la Folie adventure course.
