Surrounded by nature, this house is located in the heart of Puisaye-Forterre, on numerous hiking, cycling, and horseback riding trails. The ground floor features a living/dining room, a separate toilet, and a shower room, a bedroom with a double bed, a large kitchen, a veranda, and a terrace with garden furniture. The first floor features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a small spare room with a desk and a sofa bed.

In the basement, you'll find a washing machine, a dryer, and a ping-pong table. The grounds are unfenced.

We are also close to major tourist attractions: the Guédelon Medieval Construction Site, Saint-Fargeau Castle, its sound and light show, its educational farm, Saint-Sauveur with its museum and Colette House, Saint Amand-en-Puisaye and its potteries, the Aubigny underground quarry, Vézelay and its basilica, and more.
