Description of the accommodation

Beautiful apartment located on the beach in S'Illot. Located on the promenade, with stunning views of the sea. This apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. It is located on the first floor, only accessible by a staircase of stairs. Tastefully decorated with all modern comforts. Air conditioning and heating in the living room for your comfort. Cot and high chair available. Equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided.

S'Illot is a popular area for both locals and tourists. The beach is 50 m from the apartment. We do not have our own parking but there is public parking one block away. the area is safe and familiar.

Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October) and 1,65€ the rest of months.
