Ground floor: reading corner with an extra bed, laundry room. 1st floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room and dining room. 1 bedroom with a 160 bed. Shower room, toilet. 2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom (1 140 bed). Contemporary, bright and sunny decoration.

Small enclosed courtyard (40 m²). Parking. Folding bed, high chair, changing mat and child's bath. 2 pets accepted with a supplement of €30 per stay and per pet.

Nearby: Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, a city of art and history, which offers many opportunities for cultural discoveries (museums, churches and cathedral, the Owl trail, etc.) and gastronomic discoveries (future City of Gastronomy and Wine, starred restaurants, etc.). Also nearby: the Abbey of Citeaux, the Clos de Vougeot, Beaune and its famous Hospices listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the climates of the Route des Grands Crus. Many hikes in the surrounding area in forests, along the Burgundy Canal or in the vineyards. Several lakes and swimming pools less than 10 km away: Arc sur Tille, Magny sur Tille, Dijon Olympic swimming pool, etc.
