This elegant house with a private pool and sea views is located in the exclusive urbanization of Mas Fumats in Roses. With space for 6 to 8 people, it's the perfect retreat for unforgettable vacations.

The house is distributed over two floors to provide comfort and privacy to our guests. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and two spacious double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One of these bathrooms has a shower, while the other features a relaxing bathtub. A charming staircase leads you to the tower, where the third bedroom with a private bathroom and shower awaits.

On the lower floor, at the pool level, you'll find an additional studio with a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower. This space is available only for groups of more than 6 people in the low season, with a small additional fee per extra person.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in three of the bedrooms and in the cozy living room, although the studio on the lower floor does not have this service.

The living room, with views of the breathtaking bay, is a bright and welcoming space. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, we provide a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

For connectivity and entertainment, we offer WiFi and a television with English and German channels. You can also park up to two cars in the outdoor parking area.

Yes, a basic consumption of 15 kW per day is included. In case of exceeding it, the extra cost per kW will be charged at the current market price, and the kW/h rate will be indicated in the rental contract.

It measures 4x8m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m.

Who takes care of pool maintenance?
The pool man comes by once a week.

How are the beds?
There are 3 double beds of 160x200m bed and 2 single beds of 90x190m.
