If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday and stunning views of the Bay of Roses, do it in our wonderful villa.

Upon reaching the house we must go down some steps to access the apartment.

It has a hall with access to the large bright and modern living room.

The open kitchen with all the comforts to enjoy your vacation, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker and kettle. There is a storage room with a washing machine.

In the living room there is a Smart TV and a receiver to watch the French TNT SAT channels and also Spanish television, Wi-Fi connection throughout the house.
There are 3 rooms, two of them double with a double bed, private bathroom and exterior views, the third room with 2 single beds does not have a window to the outside but all of them have air conditioning (hot/cold) and also have access to the bathroom that share with the living room.

Leaving the apartment, through some stairs surrounded by a beautiful garden, we access the terrace where the saltwater pool and hydromassage bench and a cozy summer kitchen with electric barbecue are located.

There are two parking spaces outside.

Is electricity included?
Due to the significant increase in energy costs, the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15 kWh per day. If this limit is exceeded, additional kWh will be charged at the current market price, as indicated in the rental contract.
What size is the pool?
It measures 3 x 6,5m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.70m.

Who takes care of pool maintenance?
The pool man comes by once a week.

How are the beds?
There are 2 a beds of 180x200m and 2 single beds of 90x190m.
