The Neroli perfume studio is located on the 1st floor of the owners' detached house, in a quiet residential area.
Access is via a private staircase to the gîte.

The living room, with sloping ceilings, consists of a sleeping area with a 140x200 bed and a 140x190 sofa bed. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave-oven combination, 2 induction hobs, TASSIMO pod coffee maker and a dining area.
A bathroom with shower (140x0.80) and WC. During the sunny days, you can enjoy the furnished terrace with garden furniture. Possibility of parking a vehicle in the fully fenced and secure residence.
