Back from California where I spent 25 years, I settled in Normandy. I chose this bocage region of which I had fond memories, a nod to my childhood stays in Sarthe. We fell in love with this house which stood out from the start. This very old residence had remained in the same family for more than 3 centuries. We undertook a total renovation which lasted almost 2 years. We wanted to gain comfort and modernity while preserving the charm and authenticity of these old stones: the soul of the house. I loved this immersion in this pastoral environment, taking an interest in nature throughout the seasons, in the many birds, I captured images of the sumptuous sunsets, and the astonishing mushrooms of the Andaine forest. I love this generous space, the meadow planted with century-old trees, the facade and the swimming pool open to the south. I will be happy, with Alba, my golden retriever dog, to share this with you, to tell what I know about the history of this house, to ensure that you can recharge your batteries, relax, tasting the charm simple, natural beauty and peace of this place.
