Belle vue dégagée sur la foret, la station et au loin le massif enneigé des écrins à droite, à écart du centre sans être trop loin, exposition sud ouest, proche accès chemins randonnées juste au dessus, 2 canapés-lits 2 places confortables, bien insonorisé de extérieur, combiné four micro-onde recent, logement très propre dans une residence calme propre et très bien entretenue, balcon avec table et chaises.
