In a former monastery, independent and adjoining gîte with the owners' home and another gîte.
Ground floor: dining room-lounge with TV and closed fireplace. Fitted kitchen. Shower room with separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a 140 bed and a bedroom with 2 90 beds. Shower room with WC.
Shared enclosed courtyard 1600 m². Terrace. Heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m) shared with the owners and the other gîte, with secure access, open from May to September. Pets not allowed.
Sheets, cleaning, wood included in the prices.
Baby equipment on request: wooden bed, high chair, changing mat and barrier for the stairs.
Champagne Burgundy Canal nearby ideal for bike rides.
Charges and options:
Electricity and heating according to meter reading (8kwh/day included in the prices). Towels 5€/person.
