Originally from the region and now a logger in the Seine Valley, Patrick fell in love with this farmhouse when he discovered it a few years ago. He has worked for several years to restore it to its lost luster, including the majestic portal and the landscaped pond at the entrance. His perseverance is bearing fruit and he has not said his last word!
