Shared unfenced garden. Carport possible. Free access to the campsite 100 m away with 5000 m² fishing and swimming pond (with boat), games, swing, slide, sandpit, table tennis. Sports trail in the national forest 1.5 km away. Mountain bike rental on site and reception rooms. BIKE AND HORSE WELCOME LABEL. Ecouves animal park 6 km away. If the gîte exceeds its capacity of 5 people: €30 supplement. Only 1 pet accepted. Overlooking a magnificent panorama of the Ecouves national forest, this cottage benefits from an ideal location at the crossroads of hiking trails (GR22, Chemin de Saint Michel, GR 36 and Véloscénie) and a few kilometers from Alençon. You can enjoy the leisure facilities of the nearby campsite and the mountain bike and nature outings organized by the owners every week in season.
