Upstairs :
- two rooms with beds of 90cm large and one baby cot,

- bathroom with changing table.

Garden with south exposition and garden furniture.
Parking in front of the house.

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of September 2025 (75€).
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 170€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

Maison moderne, très fonctionnelle. Une cuisine ouverte bien équipée donnant sur un séjour avec une très grande table à manger. Le coin salon/TV est aussi très sympa avec surtout un grand canapé et 3 fauteuils confortables (ce qu'il faut quand on est à 6). Grandes chambres et bonnes literies. Un petit bémol, la table de la terrasse est trop petite. Près des plages, proche d'un hypermarché et pas loin du centre ville.
