On the 1st floor: living room (convertible), 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 90 and 1 baby bed, 1 child's bed). Separate toilet. Sheets for the 160 bed are provided. No wifi.

Baby equipment: high chair, changing table, small bathtub, cozy.

Enclosed courtyards (150 and 350 m²). Terrace. Plancha. Gîte in the heart of the Morvan Park. 2 pets allowed. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable stable.

Gîte near the fortified town of Avallon (all shops and services) and Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with the Sainte Marie-Madeleine basilica. Gîte also near Quarré-les-Tombes and St Leger-Vauban.
