On the ground floor: entrance / laundry room (washing machine and dryer), small bathroom, separate toilet, hallway leading to 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with twin beds 80x190cm & 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x190cm.
Upstairs: (access by the interior spiral staircase or straight exterior staircase): dining room and living room (TV, Wifi Internet, Wifi speaker, fireplace), small open kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer combination, hood, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine ....), bedroom 4 (140x200cm bed), WC, bathroom.
Enclosed garden of 390m², wooden terrace at the back with equipped summer kitchen, parking for cars...
