On the ground floor: entrance / laundry room (washing machine and dryer), small bathroom, separate toilet, hallway leading to 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 80x190cm twin beds & 1 bedroom with 2 90x190cm bunk beds.
Upstairs: (access via the interior spiral staircase or exterior straight staircase): dining room and living room (TV, Wifi Internet, Wifi speaker, fireplace), small open kitchen (glass ceramic stove, fridge-freezer combi, extractor hood , dishwasher, kettle, Expresso machine....), bedroom 4 (140x200cm bed), toilet, bathroom.
Enclosed garden of 390m², wooden terrace at the back with equipped summer kitchen, parking for cars...
