Of the two bedrooms, one has a single bed and another one with a trundle bed underneath with sea views, and the other has 2 bunk beds, the house having a total of 7 single beds. The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen and laundry room, it has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker and other kitchenware. It has a bathroom with a shower with a screen and a toilet with a built-in closet to store all the towels. It is located just 100 meters from the beach, 500 meters from the Almenara Shopping Center and just 100 meters from the beach. just 20 minutes walk from the center of the town of Punta Umbria, having all around the apartment bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the great seafood cuisine of Punta Umbría. The Apartment in Punta Umbría is rented by season from October to May for full months, if you need more months, please contact us. For the months of June to September we accept reservations by day with a minimum of 5 nights. For other options do not hesitate to contact us, we will study it with all the care necessary to meet your expectations, needs and suggestions. We have other apartments with different characteristics and location. The apartment being in a block we will have to comply with the rules of the community and especially of neighborhood, parties cannot be held or used for stag and hen parties of any kind, in case they are held and the community sends us complaints about it, the contract will be automatically terminated with loss without return of the deposit. Pets are not allowed, the apartment does not have Wifi, in case you need it we can talk about it. The expenses related to electricity and water for the full months for the winter season are for the tenant's account, the community is for the owner's account. Anything extraordinary that is needed, you can consult and we analyze the possibility of executing it. The apartment is located 100 meters from the beach, from the terrace we can see from one tip of Punta Umbría to Portugal on clear days, it has bars and restaurants in the area as well as the Almenara Shopping Center 400 meters away and the town center about 20 minutes walk away. The apartment is practically located in the area of the Los Enebrales park and the area has more than 10 km of beach, counting that from the beach area where the Punta Umbría bar breakwater is to the town of El Rompido you could walk along the sands of the beach, something almost unthinkable to do since there are approximately 35 km. The city of Huelva is 10 minutes away by car on the highway, and with a quick connection to Portugal, in addition the Province of Huelva is rich for its gastronomy especially in relation to the Ham and the White Shrimp of Huelva, without disregarding the area of the La Cuenca Minera, the Andévalo, the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Europa.
