On the ground floor, you will have a beautiful living room with open kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge area with TV (sofa bed for 2 people with supplement), a separate toilet with washbasin and a laundry room. Upstairs, you will have access to a mezzanine offering a trundle bed (160x200 bed), a double bedroom (160x200 bed) and a twin bedroom (2 beds of 90x200 which can be offered as a double bed) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outside: courtyard of approximately 100 m² with covered terrace under which is offered a spa for 6 people (from June to September - minors prohibited), a barbecue, garden furniture with parasol, deckchairs, relaxation lounge. Parking will be in a car park located at the back of the cottage (charging point for electric cars on request with supplement). Beds will be made, towels and household linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity and heating included in the price of the stay. In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, at the gates of Bar sur Aube where you will find all the amenities and shops, 7 km from the Nigloland amusement park, 50 km from Troyes, Mélanie and Arnaud welcome you to this spacious house that can accommodate up to 8 people, having retained the charm of the old with its stones, half-timbering and exposed beams while combining a neat decoration with modern tastes. Within a working wine estate, the winegrower owners will offer you tastings of their vintages in their superb cellar located just below the cottage (terms with the owners).
