On the ground floor, you will have a beautiful living room with open kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge area with TV (convertible sofa for 2 people with supplement), a separate toilet with hand basin and 'laundry. Upstairs, you will access a mezzanine offering a trundle bed (160x200 bed), a double bedroom (160x200 bed) and a twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds which can be offered as a double bed) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outside: courtyard of approximately 100 m² with covered terrace under which there is a spa for 6 people (from June to September - minors prohibited), a barbecue, garden furniture with parasol, deckchairs, relaxation lounge. Parking will be in a car park located at the rear of the cottage (charging socket for electric cars on request at extra cost). Beds will be made, bathroom and household linen provided, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity and heating included in the price of the stay. In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, at the gates of Bar sur Aube where you will find all amenities and shops, 7 km from the Nigloland amusement park, 50 km from Troyes, Mélanie and Arnaud welcome you to this spacious house which can accommodate up to 'for 8 people having preserved the charm of the old with its stones, its half-timbered wood and its exposed beams while combining careful decoration with up-to-date taste. Within a working wine farm, the winegrower owners will offer you tastings of their vintages in their superb cellar located just below the gite (contact the owners for details).
