This ideally located apartment is composed of a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a 180cm double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a furnished terrace.

Household linen is provided (sheets and towels).
It does not have internet access, we offer mini wifi boxes for rent from 7€/day

At the foot of the building you will find Mancinu beach, a nautical center, a restaurant and a bakery. The shops and entertainment of the port are 300m away.

The apartment is air-conditioned and you have a private and secure parking space.

For your comfort we clean after your departure, however we will ask you to put away any furniture that may have been moved, empty the trash, wash and put away the dishes. Otherwise 100€ could be retained from your deposit.

Animals and parties are not allowed in this accommodation.

Upon arrival you will have to pay a deposit of €500 and pay, depending on the booking platform, the tourist tax.
