This ideally located apartment is composed of a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a 180cm double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and WC and a furnished terrace.

Household linen is provided (sheets and towels).
It does not have internet access, we offer you the rental of mini wifi boxes from 7€/day

At the foot of the building you will find the beach of Mancinu, a nautical center, a restaurant and a bakery. The shops and entertainment of the port are 300m away.
The apartment is air-conditioned and you have a private and secure parking space.

For your comfort we carry out the cleaning after your departure, on the other hand we will ask you to arrange the furniture possibly moved, to empty the dustbins, to wash and arrange the crockery. Failing this, €100 could be deducted from your deposit.

Pets and parties are not allowed in this accommodation.
