A sleeping area on the right of the latter with access to a first bedroom, a bathroom with Italian shower and WC. A storage area and washing machine.

A pleasant terrace with outdoor lounge offering a view of the city and a small sea view.

Household linen is provided (sheets and towels).

The residence is secured by a barrier and numerous parking spaces are available for residents.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a free internet connection.

For your comfort we carry out the cleaning after your departure, however we will ask you to put away any furniture that may have been moved, empty the bins, wash and put away the dishes. Failing this, €100 could be withheld from your deposit.

Pets and parties are not allowed in this accommodation.

Upon arrival you will have to pay a deposit of €700 and pay, depending on the booking platform, the tourist tax.
