It is a comfortable and warm cottage for 4 to 6 people, you will find:
On the ground floor: A large living room with wood stove, open to the fully equipped kitchen (32m2), washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge freezer, small appliances, and kitchen utensils; a small bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower; a living room with a view of the countryside and a tuned piano.
On the 1st floor: a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed; second bedroom with two twin beds (possibility of making a large bed); a mezzanine with a two-seater sofa (extra bed), a TV corner and a desk; A bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.
Options and charges:
heating and electricity extra depending on meter reading (charged beyond 8kwh/day)
Bed linen provided with beds made on arrival, kitchen linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included.

The cottage is located on a 2000m2 plot, surrounded by hedges, typical of the region. The land is not enclosed. The garden offers different relaxation areas with different panoramas and the possibility of watching sumptuous sunsets. It includes outdoor equipment: garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs.
A path passes in front of the house which serves the neighboring fields.

The cottage can accommodate a clean and calm pet.
The house is located at the exit of the hamlet of Villars 8 km from the village of Moulins Engilbert which we like very much, it offers all the amenities and food shops: supermarket, pharmacy, post office, newsagent, tobacconist, bakeries, restaurants and even a wine merchant!

The Morvan offers a multitude of outdoor activities: hiking, cycling or horse riding.
Lakes 45 minutes from the house for swimming, water sports, fishing and also the possibility of practicing white water sports.
The region also offers historical sites such as the archaeological site of Bibracte (25 minutes from the house), the cathedral of Autun, the thermal baths of Saint-Honoré les Bains ...
