This holiday home, located on the first floor at the front of the building, is accessed from the 3rd floor via the rear of the building (flat access: two floors down). It has an entrance hall with two single bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen area and a bathroom with bath and WC.

The residence is located halfway between Praz Sur Arly village (300m) and the ski slopes (about 600m away). The new summer swimming lake is just 450m from this holiday rental.
There is an allocated outdoor parking space and a private ski locker. The balcony offers a view of the ski area.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rental price.
