It has a pleasant living/dining room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with bathtub, all tastefully decorated. The apartment also has a separate WC and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

This prestigious rental is not far from the new lake (250m), the ski slopes (approx. 1km or ski bus stop 50m away) and the village centre (550m). The hot-air balloon departure point is just 70m from the residence.
