Comfortably furnished, this old farm is ideally located: in the heart of the Landes countryside, close to Mugron, a typical small town, just a little further, the town of Dax, and, right next door, 9 km away, the thermal spa of Préchacq. Friends taking the waters, you are also welcome, the proof is that we offer you a preferential rate for your 3 weeks of rental. For a weekend, a week or more, you will feel at home! Farm renovated into a gîte twinned with another on a peaceful site. On the ground floor: - kitchen, - living/dining room, - bathroom with Italian shower, - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shared tumble dryer with the other gîte, telephone, unfenced land of 100 m², garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, courtyard, garage. Sheets can be rented. Nearest market in Mugron 5 km away. Private land and independent entrance to the cottage. For more than one animal, please contact us.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Any excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
