Description of the accommodation

Their cottage located on a mixed farming and livestock farm in Berry (70 dairy cows), is ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying the attractions of Berry

6 km from Valençay and its castle, close to the A20, A71 and A85, close to the Loire castles and 35 minutes from Beauval Zoo. In a quiet hamlet, with a small garden with trees and a large courtyard at the front, house with on the ground floor: fitted kitchen with dining area open to a living/dining room (TV and DVD) opening onto a terrace - bathroom (2 sinks) - toilet - hallway.

Upstairs: landing - 2 large bedrooms (double bed) - 1 adjoining room (access to one of the two large bedrooms) with 120x190 cm bed. WC with washbasin.

Gîte equipped with an air conditioning system with reasonable and reasonable consumption. You have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival.
