75m² gîte adjoining the owner's house with access and private exteriors. On the ground floor, via the 24m² sheltered terrace, you enter the equipped and integrated kitchen with its dining area, there is also a laundry area and a separate toilet. Upstairs (access via a short staircase), the relaxation lounge with TV opens onto the 24m² Forézien balcony. This level also serves the two bedrooms (one 140 cm bed / 3 single beds) and the bathroom (walk-in shower - double sink & WC). Completely renovated into a gentle holiday resort, this old adobe farm will seduce you with its comfort and its warm and cozy atmosphere. Relaxing is possible here thanks to its outdoor spaces open to the surrounding nature: a beautiful sheltered terrace with a SPA (4/6 places), a spacious Forezien balcony with its relaxation lounge, a pretty flowered courtyard (in finishing course), ... To make your stay even more pleasant: charges and heating are included, and beds are made upon your arrival.
