Un joli appartement, propre et fonctionnel, très bien situé (10 à pied de la plage du centre ou 10 mn en voiture de l'Espiguette, à 2mn en voiture d'un centre commercial, ...), dans une résidence très calme. La terrasse est un vrai plus.
