As part of your rental, you will have access to :

- an aquatic area with 2 pools (a 25m swimming pool and a 15m pool where you can practise aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season) and finally a playground for the little ones.
The swimming pool is free for all our guests on presentation of a wristband given to you on arrival; it is open from April to October.

- various sports grounds: multi-sports ground, basketball court, tennis courts, petanque courts, etc.

- and an outdoor fitness area for getting back into shape or working out.

On the Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children will be able to play in complete safety with their friends, because here pedestrians are king and cars are confined to the outside.

At Coudalère, everything is planned for family holidays: your children will love the two play areas: one on the Place de la Martinique for the older ones and one, very close to the swimming pool, on the beach of the Lac Marin for the younger ones.

Long, beautiful beaches await you 2 km away (30 minutes on foot), accessible via a wooded path.

Just a short walk from your residence, the BUENA VISTA restaurant awaits you, overlooking the beach of the Lac Marin.

The Place de la Martinique is just a few minutes' walk away.
There's also a bakery/grocery, tobacconist/newsagent, launderette, restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlours, and a carrefour express.
