It comprises a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room with toilet.
There is also a terrace where you can enjoy your meals outside, with a view of the port of Coudalère.

Sleeping accommodation: 2 single beds in the bedroom/ 1 convertible sofa bed (140cm) in the living room.

This flat is located in the Palmyra residence and has an exceptional view over the port of the Coudalère peninsula, the nearby Pyrenees, the marine lake and the Corbières mountains.

Parking is available in the car park behind the residence.


As part of your holiday rental, you will have access to :

- an aquatic area with 2 pools (a 25-metre swimming pool and a 15-metre pool where you can practise aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season) and a water playground for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests, thanks to a wristband given to you on arrival.

The Place de la Martinique is just a few minutes' walk away.
A bakery/grocery, tobacconist/newsagent, launderette, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and a carrefour express are all available in season.
Markets, concerts and shows also enliven the square in season, to the delight of young and old alike.

Near the beach of the marine lake and the swimming pool, the BUENA VISTA restaurant welcomes you all year round. On the terrace, you can watch the windsurfers against the backdrop of the Pyrenees.

On the Coudalère site, which can be compared to a village, your children will be able to play safely with their friends, as here pedestrians are king and cars are restricted to the outside.

At Coudalère, everything is planned for family holidays: your children will love the two play areas: one on the Place de la Martinique for the older ones and one, very close to the swimming pool, on the beach of the Lac Marin for the younger ones.

1.5 km away (20 minutes on foot), accessible via a wooded path, long, beautiful beaches await you.
