30m² T2 apartment located in the Dominica Park on the 2nd floor, with a large terrace. This apartment has air conditioning.

View of the wooded park and the marine lake, Quiet and relaxing environment.

This recently renovated accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room with its kitchenette, bathroom and storage cupboards.
The DOMINICA residence offers a beautiful view of a wooded park, the Salses lake and the Canigou.
A large car park is available to tenants, behind the residence; (Unnumbered spaces).

As part of your rental, you will have access to:

an aquatic area with 3 spaces, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season and finally a water play area for the little ones.
The swimming pool is free for all our tenants: a bracelet will be given to all tenants upon arrival.
The small pool opens in mid-April; due to the lack of water in our department, the weekly closing days are subject to change.
