Description of the accommodation

A stone's throw from the sea and shops 5 km from the sea and Pornic, in the heart of a small, quiet village in a countryside environment, this cottage is located on the ground floor of a country house (another 3-person cottage upstairs), adjoining another 2-person cottage. Large shared, semi-enclosed garden with trees of 2000 m² (shared garage for bicycles/motorcycles).
Single storey: lounge/living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: wifi, stereo, freezer, baby bed and high chair.
Not included: electric heating (4€/day), electricity, sheets (10€ for the 2-person bed), towels (7€ for 2 people) and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (50€).
