5 km from the sea and Pornic, in the heart of a small quiet village in a countryside environment, this cottage is located in a farmhouse, adjoining 2 other cottages (2 and 3 people). Private space overlooking the countryside and access to the semi-enclosed shared garden of 700 m² around the cottage. Shared garage for bicycles/motorcycles.
Single storey: living room with open fitted kitchen, bedroom area with open partition (140x190 bed), and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed and high chair.
Not included: electric heating (4€/day), electricity, sheets, towels and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (50€).
