A stone's throw from the sea and shops 5 km from the sea and Pornic, in the heart of a small quiet village in a countryside environment, this gite is located on the ground floor of a country house ( another gite for 3 people upstairs), adjoining another gite for 2 people. Large semi-enclosed shared garden of 2000 m² (shared garage for bicycles/motorbikes).
Single storey: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, stereo, freezer, cot and baby high chair.
Not included: electric heating (€4/d), electricity, sheets (€10 for the double bed), towels (€7 for 2 pers.) and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (50€).
