This small house, completely renovated to the taste of the day, offers a ground floor adapted for people with reduced mobility with a living room and its fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 + 1 single bed 90x190) and a bathroom (large Italian shower, sink, toilet and washing machine). Upstairs, you will have a bedroom (double bed 140 x 200 + single bed 90x190) with bathroom (toilet + sink). The exteriors are enclosed and private and you will be able to bring your vehicles into the courtyard, have a barbecue or relax on the lawn (deckchairs and parasol). Auxerre 21 km. Chablis 15 km.
