Certainly, this cottage is a taste of simple happiness within your reach. She is for you!
In practice: on the ground floor, kitchen, living room with fireplace, separate WC, master bedroom with 160 bed and adjoining shower room. Upstairs, mezzanine overlooking the living space, bedroom with 3 90 cm beds, shower room, separate WC and a 3rd bedroom with 160 cm bed and 90 cm bed.
Wifi, Nespresso, zero hassle formula: beds made, towels included. Cleaning included Access:
Courville station is 7km from Guimonvilliers. Several taxis if people come by train can be available without any problem provided they are booked two or three days in advance, they are very busy.

For merchants, two solutions:
- Pontgouin at 2km5: Supermarket with the essentials, and an organic grocery store "La Maison Jaune" which will be a small restaurant in the summer and where you can find regional products, organic vegetables and where every day it offers different dishes to take away.
- Courville-sur-Eure at 7km:: many high quality traders: caterer, 3 bakers-pastry chefs, 3 butchers, two supermarkets, SuperU and G20, etc….a market takes place every Thursday and a tourist office for the area welcomes people every Thursday.
